Refund Policy

At Vehicle Rentals, we strive to provide the best possible service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable rental experience. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy to accommodate our customers’ needs.

1. Reservation Cancellations

  • Up to 48 Hours Before Pickup: If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund of the rental amount paid.
  • Less Than 48 Hours Before Pickup: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental charge. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • No-Show: If you do not show up to collect the vehicle at the scheduled pickup time without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

 

2. Early Return

If you return the vehicle before the end of the rental period specified in your reservation, you will be charged for the days the vehicle was in your possession. However, we do not offer refunds for the unused rental days.

3. Modifications to Reservation

  • Changes to Reservation: If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., change the pickup or drop-off date, extend the rental period, or switch to a different vehicle), please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Any difference in rental charges will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Extensions: If you wish to extend your rental period after the rental has begun, please contact us before your original drop-off time. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

 

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or modification. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Insurance and Protection Products: Once activated, insurance and protection products are non-refundable.
  • Additional Services and Extras: Charges for additional services (e.g., GPS, child seats, etc.) are non-refundable if the service or item has been used.
